To facilitate the development of NMI's multi-drug resistant cancer solutions Nemucore's core technology suite has been designated NMI-Rx. NMI-Rx is three novel nanoformulation technologies that selectively use FDA designated "GRAS Grade" biopolymers to achieve novel physical properties for the delivery of biopharmaceuticals to enhance efficacy and reduce the need for harsh formulation solvents that have been linked to clinical toxicity. NMI-Rx suite can augment biopharmaceuticals to have superior resident time, targeted delivery, and controlled release properties. Nemucore has three distinct products we offer to partners and clients:

• NMI-B3 is a proprietary nanoemulsion formulation for delivery of therapeutics that can be selectively engineered to accumulate preferentially in the brain or to remain resident in the body cavity. NMI- B3, proprietary formulations are based on oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. NMI-B3 enhances delivery of hydrophobic drugs and improves bioavailability resulting from oral administration. • NMI-LbL technology is an innovative delivery and release formulation for poorly soluble drugs. NMI-LbL represents a significant improvement to current formulations because it uses FDA designated GRAS grade biopolymers to form nanocolloids between 50-200 nanometers in diameter with significant drug loading capacity. • NMI-NA is a micelle-like nanoparticle specifically designed to produce long circulating nanoparticles suitable for the delivery of DNA or RNA therapeutics.
